- Does my customer need an app or an account?
- No. They sign on your phone, or open the link you text them in their phone’s browser.
- Will a signature hold up?
- That depends on your contract and your state. We record who signed, when, on what device and a fingerprint of the exact document, so you have the details if you ever need them. Ask a lawyer about your situation.
- Do I need a written change order in my state?
- Some states require a written estimate, or written approval before extra work, for certain trades. Our pages quote the rule word for word, with the date we last checked it: California. General information, not legal advice.
